Crickets
It's REALLY quiet around here without Kyle and Addison. Despite our nice and productive weekend, Gryffin has been beside himself – constantly looking for Kyle because all is not right in his little world. My world has been rocked by a change in our travel plans that means I won't see Addison until I arrive in Colorado on Thursday (trying to not be a crazy, emotional person). The new plan works great for everyone – Kyle gets to come home and finish up the last of his school work. Addison has to take one less plane trip – going straight from California to Colorado. The Grandmas get to spend a few extra days with Addison in Colorado. And Kyle and I might get a date night in before we pack up and head home. All in all, it will be perfect except I miss my kiddo so much already. Now I feel like Gryffin, just sitting here waiting...

Isn't it so funny how fast you get used to being needed?!! No worries... I am always a better mom when I get a chance to miss my kids.
awww...that pic of gryffin as pretty much the cutest thing i've ever seen.
i've got a new blog going that follows my journey into being a cop. its not as spiffy as my old ones (or yours for that matter) but it does the job.
