Addison and Kyle hopped on a plane today to visit all of Kyle's family in California this weekend. With our Colorado trip around the corner I sat this trip out to save up on vacation time. Addison was a peach on her first plane trip and is now getting to meet some family members for the first time.

Now the larger question... what to do all weekend? Here's my plan.
1. Give Gryffin lots of love and attention – probably more than he's had in 7 months.
2. Clean house
3. Some grocery shopping and maybe a little shopping for fun too
4. Sleeping in all weekend
5. Finish some long overdue art projects
6. Check out a dog kennel for Gryffin
Don't tell Gryff, but he has to go play with some other doggies for a few days while we pack up and head to Colorado for a long weekend. I'm sad to leave him, but I know he'll have lots of fun playing while we're away. I'm guessing he'll miss sleeping in a king size bed most.
