Chasing Everett

To say that I've been busy this summer is a huge understatement. When we got back from Norway Everett learned to climb up on the couch. From there, it was going back and forth over the arm of the couch to the storage bench. And from there, well, he's climbing everything he can. Laundry baskets, toy tables, kitchen chairs, the coffee table, the kitchen table, beds, stools, toilets... he's pretty much conquered everything in the house except the counters. I wish I could be sharing here more regularly, but I'm off saving the daredevil from his antics all dang day. And to think, I once pictured, that of my two kids, he'd be the super easy one. Ha! Throw in the fact that I have Addison home for the summer for a few more weeks and I'm working from home... yup. Busy.

Right now I'm just content with the fact that Everett gives the occasional snuggle, the fact that he loves to read books with me and that I get to play with the curls on the back of his head. Here's a few iPhone photos from the last week or so.
