The Norway Photos: River Picnic

A boat trip up the river was one of our first outings in Norway. Other than the drive from the airport, it was our first real taste of the landscape in the area. Our boat held myself, Everett, Kyle, Sabrina and Kåre. Kåre's son, Severin tagged along in his own boat. Everett really enjoyed the boat (the fast and the slow) and spent his time pointing at Severin or things we passed along the way. Our picnic at a park in Froland was awesome. My love for Norwegian hot dogs is a real thing now. So good. On the trip back Everett fell asleep within minutes, despite the wind and noise from the boat moving quickly. It was equal parts amusing and adorable.
