As far as age goes, I barely felt the year that was thirty-one. It was crazy busy year for us – hellooo new baby, sleep deprivation, working from home, daily school drop-off and pick-up, back surgery, soccer etc. Looking back, if I had just asked for a grocery fairy for my thirty-first birthday, it would have been better. ;) Grocery shopping is easily my least favorite task.
To celebrate my birthday, Addison helped make me spice cake (my favorite!) and a cute card. Kyle gave me a card filled with cash so I could buy something I've been wanting for a long time. Yay! Oh, and thanks to Nana Liz being in town and keeping the kiddos, I got a night out for sushi. Yum!
