The Salt Lake

We took the kids out to visit Antelope Island on The Great Salt Lake yesterday. We made a long trek down across one of the beachy areas to put our feet in the water. The walk out to the water alternated between bone dry mud and rock to deep squishy sand. We went barefoot, but in hindsight, probably should have taken our shoes with us. Addison wasn't a big fan of the rocks and shells along the way. Regardless, the water was a nice temperature and the wind kept the bugs away. Overall, it was a fun mini adventure and I got some really fun photos.
