Rainclouds & Thunderbirds

We tried our hardest to do all things fun and summery this weekend, but the weather refused to play along. Addison and I ate popsicles outside until she got cold. We had kabobs and watermelon inside with friends. The worst was the downpour that threatened our air show adventure. Lucky for us, a hint of blue sky eventually took over and the rain delay ended. Addison remembered the show from last year and was excited all over again. Kyle was our Hill AFB tour guide and was most excited to see a F-22 in person. I stuck to photographing the planes on the ground since high-speed aerial shots (done better by someone else here) are just too tough.
