Everett: 5 Months

It's time for another monthly photo. Everett is a big energy in our house. He's a night owl that is still getting me up multiple times a night to eat (insert tired yawn here). During the day he often fights sleep and likes to fuss before, during and after dinner time, which makes dinner a challenge. The good news is, he goes to bed easily between 7-8pm most evenings. He's sitting up well for a few seconds at a time when unsupported, but still lunges face first for anything he wants. In other words, we've got months of head injuries lurking around every sharp corner. We started giving him cereal and baby food in the last few weeks and he's slowly becoming more interested. Gryffin seems to remember the high chair well, and is always sitting nearby, awaiting any food that may fall. Speaking of Gryffin, Everett has become a big fan of Gryffin lately. He likes petting/grabbing at his face and watching Gryff whenever he's near. As fussy and demanding as Everett may be, he makes the best smiley faces when he's happy.
