Random Mix

Random No. 1 : I started tweaking my blog design this weekend without any planning. It went well until I could not figure out how to update the code to take out the drop shadows around the images. I don't do code. I wish I did. I did some searches to try to remedy my problem and still came up short. In other words, I'll be working on it. For now, just know the drop shadows are killing me.


Randome No. 2 : I have encountered an unexpected problem with Addi's artwork. I'm her #1 supporter when it comes to coloring, painting and creating, but at 2.5 years old she's already prolific enough (one art project per day from school + random weekend projects) that I fear I'll soon be dedicating a whole room to her artwork. I'm to the point where I might start mailing it out to relatives. Even then, I may have to start weeding out some of the projects. Here's a bit from the last 6 months, and this is just a fraction...


Random No. 3 : Addison's love for high heels and skirts is impressive lately. She runs, jumps, twirls and dances in her "princess shoes" daily. If it weren't for the incredible challenge of running on the wood floor in plastic shoes, she'd be unstoppable. We've yet to cross into dress-up territory, which is good because I'm afraid we'd never get a princess dress off of her.
