The Athlete and Me

I vowed to start running with Gryffin once Daylight Savings Time hit. The truth is he needs the energy release and I need the exercise. This is not to say that I like running. I actually hate it. Of all the days to start my new routine, I chose today. It was raining. I have no idea what came over me, but it went okay. I think the Gryffster was actually bored with my pace and sub-par abilities. We'll see how this goes.

It must be nice to be thin and built for speed.
