Life with Puppy

We've had Gryffin for a week and a half now and we're doing our best to make him into a good little dog. So far, it's been good. We've been busy with Lance and my parents (and Ballou!) visiting since we returned from vacation. I also turned another year older this week. So far, my expanding body seems to be wearing on me more than the thought of being older. Besides, every moment seems to revolve around Gryffin right now anyway. Here are some of the newest puppy highs and lows...

1. Gryffin will sleep through the night – if he is allowed to sleep between Kyle and I in bed.
2. He's super into food, so much so we think we should be feeding him more, but he eats too fast and hurls. It's quite the dilemma.
3. Hungry? He'll bring his empty food bowl to you... obviously he's near starvation.
4. He'll sleep anywhere, anytime and prefers a human body part to sleep on.
5. He's not into being alone and we've introduced him to the neighbors in hopes his cute face will help them through the separation howls.
6. He conquered Ballou in no time. No grumpy old dog could slow his chase or enthusiasm.

Poor Ballou - at least he got to visit me for the weekend.

Lastly, another week brought more cute Gryffin pictures.
