Upcoming Good Stuff

I'm currently stuck at home and sick, and this time it's not the morning sickness variety. On top of that I've been terrible about updating the blog, because well, Kyle and I have been having a wonderful time being lazy and enjoying our new place. It snowed yesterday and today, which at this point in the spring, doesn't improve my mood. Bring on the heat, even if I will be pregnant and uncomfortable.

There's not a lot going on at the moment, so I'll list the upcoming events I'm excited for...


1. 14 Week Doctor's Appointment (this week) - time to figure out if this kiddo is growing more and doing well. Kyle and I are debating whether I look pregnant or not, and until that's decided I'm not posing for any belly pics.
2. Happy Birthday to Dad on April 23rd. He's turning 50 - that's a big day. I'm sad to not be around for the occasion, but even he won't be around - something about a golf trip to AZ...


3. A sun-filled vacation in May. I can't wait!


4. The great pet search - we're gonna get serious about it soon. I have to remind Kyle of our bargain. Also, the target dog is a cute placeholder since we haven't decided anything.


5. June!! It is still 2 months away, but it snowed today, so I'm looking forward to summer, a few birthday presents, a 2 year wedding anniversary, and Kyle/Mom's birthday. It is such a good month.
